I made this one tonight! It's a crock pot recipe, so it's super easy to throw together before work and have dinner (almost) ready when you get home. Here's my pin to the recipe. The recipe says to put the chicken, Italian dressing, and butter in first, then add the rest of the ingredients later. I didn't think just the butter was going to be enough liquid to properly cook the chicken, so I added the cream of chicken soup and chicken broth in at the beginning and just added the cream cheese for the last hour. I didn't use onion (I'm not a fan) or garlic (didn't have any), but I think it had plenty of flavor without them because of the Italian seasoning. It was definitely very yummy and easy! I used fettucine noodles instead of spaghetti noodles, which is what it looks like was used in the picture. Here's my finished product:

Skinny Chicken Spaghetti
I've tried this recipe once before and really liked it. It is a nice light meal that is quick and simple but tasty. It is filling enough, but not overly so. I love, love, love, tomatoes and I had leftover chicken from earlier this week so it was perfect for tonight's dinner.

Cheesy Ritz Chicken
My husband and I both love chicken, but tend to find one or two recipes that we like and repeat them over. And over. And over. So Pinterest has been a great way to change up how we prepare our chicken. Or just find new recipes to repeat until we are sick of them!
I've made this Cheesy Ritz Chicken several times now and I love, love, love it! I wasn't too sure about the sauce at first, but it's definitely what makes this dish. This isn't the best picture (taken in low light with my camera phone), but here's how mine turned out:
